Specification：

1.The designed speed is 250 m/min;

2.Double-shaft transmission and independent gear box; the gear box is assembled in three sections so it is easy to maintain (in case of a gear box ≥ 2.2 m, it is assembled in four sections);

3.The gears have skewed teeth and gear grinding is conducted, so the transmission is stable and the impact noise is effectively reduced;

4.The upper and lower driving rollers are cast with crosslinked rubber and their surfaces are engraved to contain chevron notches, so they are wearable with long service life; in addition, the driving rollers are equipped with crowns to ensure flat output of cardboards;

5.The rubber wheel adopts easy-to-disassemble design to facilitate repair and replacement;

6.The machine employs a frequency conversion motor to realize stepless speed adjustment and reliable synchronous interlock with other devices;

7.The base plate design is reinforced to improve the stability of the whole machine.
